How do I take a payment with no card from someone in canada

I am based in the US and have a client in Canada, I am takign thier payment without their card (manually entering it) but their zip code has letters as well as numbers.  how can I tak the payment without their card?

during manual checkout, there will be a button on your keyboard that you can toggle letters and numbers in the zip field.
