Gift Card: Help

I am trying to load a gift card from my company. I was told how to before and cant remember for the life of me.

I have a 100% discount set up but it says min $1. How do i load the card with out making a payment.

the $1 minimum only applies to credit card.  

you can load a card for $100 apply a 100% discount and checkout for $0 cash.
