You can edit your device or shared device settings quickly and easily from your Dashboard. Keep in mind, when you update shared settings, the changes you make will affect each device assigned to that group.

 

  1. Log in to your Square Dashboard > Points of Sale.
  2. Click the individual device or Edit Settings next to the group to update.
  3. Make any changes you’d like to your shared device settings > Save.   The particular setting you want to update is "Print Additional Auth Slip" located under the Signature and Receipt section.  Activating this setting will automatically print a customer copy of the auth slip.
  4. And lastly, click Confirm if the number of affected devices and locations look correct.
