How do I link my credit card?

I know someone that has their Square set up to deposit the funds they collect to their credit card instead of bank account, how can I set mine up to do the same?

Hi @Weppler77, in order to get deposits from Square, you'll have to link a transactional bank account (checking or savings account). We don't support linking a credit card to get your deposits. Does the bank account have to be my personal bank account? I dont have a bank account, but my husband does, we have not set it up as a joint account yet. Can I link his bank account to my reader or does the difference in names matter? I only ask because my Paypal account allows this.

Hi @wyobobsbazaar - you can link your husband's account. You can link any supported checking or savings account - just keep in mind that this is where your funds will be deposited Any refunds issued or chargebacks incurred would be debited from this account as well.
