How do I create a second online booking site for a new location out of state?

Hello all, 

 

I currently have an online appointment booking site for the Phoenix area. I am in the process of expanding my business to the Los Angeles area.

 

I would like to have the same online appointment booking features for L.A. resident. Also, I will be blocking two weeks off every month for the Phoenix booking site so I can work in L.A. While those days in Phoenix are blocked I would like those same days to be available for the L.A. resident to book an appointment and vice versa when working in the Phoenix area... Phoenix resident would be able to request online appointments for days that are blocked in L.A.

Hi @DDOW, welcome to the seller community and thanks for bringing this up!

 

While you can set up Square Appointments with multiple locations, I'm not sure that the ability to block off appointment availability with the online booking site as you've described currently available. Let me check on this and circle back once I have more details.

Thanks for your patience, @DDOW. I was able to look into this and I have some more information. You'll need to enable your Appointments account to support multiple business locations. The best way to do this, and make sure your calendar is set up appropriately is to reach out to an Appointments specialist directly.
