I am trying to create more than one invoice model as our company has multiple divisions. Am I able to create one invoice model for our photobooth invoices and a different model for our cinematography invoices? Currently, I can update the category section of the invoice and the service that we are selling, but the header of the invoice and the footer both reflect a different division of the company. Ex: preset has "iRoseFilms Photobooth" as our header, I need it to say "iRoseFilms Cinematography" on the header for clients that are purchasing a different service from our company.

Let's dive in! If you want your invoices to have a different location/business I would recommend have multiple locations. It would allow you to send invoices from whichever one you choose. Here is a Support Article on how to get started.
Your other issues sounds like you need to edit the location information. Go to Account & Settings > Business > Locations to edit.
