Can anyone share how to change the online appointment confirmation format? I'm trying to remove the "Where" section (or include a phone number under that section).
Hello 👋 @coachgmmj! You could also adjust your settings so that appointments are 'Phone Only'. This means when a client books the appointment they'll see 'We'll call you', instead of a specific location.
To update your settings to Phone Only:
And if you need to edit the confirmation email you can do so from the Communications section. Click on an email or reminder on left > make changes on the right.

Thanks, yes I have appointments on phone only but it’s including the client’s number instead of the dial-in number I provided for our service call. That dial-in shows under “What” which makes it a little confusing for the client.
Ah I see. If it's a Yhone Only appointment then yes the confirmation email will say 'We'll Call you at + the clients number'. Would you prefer for clients to call you?
Your phone number should also appear at the end of the confirmation email (with your business information).
