How to rearrange employees/stylists on our calendar without having to start over?

We need to rearrange our calendar.  As we remove and add on stylists we can't keep them in line the way we would like.  We also would like to know how the best way to change our hours.  As how salon hours are changing in August.  We worry if we change the time now it will cause a problem with our current schedule.  As on now how schedule is very choppy and starting in August it will be more fluent.  Any pointers?

@steviereneem Your staff will always appear in alphabetical order and they can't be rearranged. Does this make viewing appointments/stylists difficult from the app or Dashboard or both? I can share your feedback with the Appointments team.

Regarding your question about business hours: you can update your staffs' default hours to reflect your new hours in each staff profile. You can then use the customize availability tool on the calendar to set custom hours between now and August 1.

Thank you for your response.  What we do in the past (when we had paper appointment books) was senior stylist to newest stylist.  This helps us keep the busiest stylist on one side which is easier and then as we have walkins  or calls it goes down the line.  Funny thing about alphabetical order is that ours is way backwards then.  Because we originally had Stephanie/Emily and then recently had added Jessica.  However the order is now From left to right Jessica/Stephanie/Emily.

My my other concern is we will soon have two of the same names and that is why I ultimately need full control with the color coding and name placement.  It is definitely a small flaw with a large impact.   Thank you very much for your help and I hope we can chat more.  I love giving feed back and have other things I would be willing to express if anyone ever had time or wanted true input to improve this app for stylists.  Even with the small flaws I would rate this  app high and love having it in the salon, as do my stylists.

This reply was created from merging an existing thread:  How do I list stylists name not in alphabetical order?

Trying to add stylist schedules to dashboard and do not want the software to list them alphabetically, they need to be in a specific order.

@rufuge I answered a similar question in this thread. If you have any feedback to share about how this would help you I'd be happy to pass it to the Appointments team!
