I set up items to use online checkout links in emails. The digital receipt sent to customers via email simply says My Site. I would think it would use our logo. Please share how I go about modifying the digital receipt with my logo. Thanks.

Thanks for posting in the Seller Community.
You can edit your receipt logo and information right from Account and Settings in the Online Dashboard. Within Account and Settings, there is a Receipt section.

I found that area and uploaded the logo. But, the logo doesn't show up on the receipt generated from a checkout link purchase.

Are you referring to the receipt that your customers receive when they purchase something from your Online Store?
I am currently only using a link to send customers to check out. For example, pay your dues by clicking this button. After they check out, the receipt just says "My Site" and "Thank You for Your Purchase" at the top. I would think the "My Site" is a placeholder for my logo.

Based on what you're telling me, it sounds like you're using the checkout links, but have not completed setting up your Square Online Store.
Everyone who had a Square Online Store previously, has been auto-migrated to the new version of our Online Store, powered by Weebly. This means that while you technically have a site now, it likely has the default name of “my site”. You will have to complete the onboarding into our new Square Online Store using the Online Store link and then change the name of your site, and logo. This will adjust the receipt that gets received when a customer makes a purchase via checkout links.
