Our square register has been dropping the internet SEVERAL times a day since Friday (10/29/21), its very inconsistent, I'm hardwired into our internet modem, when the internet began to drop I switched to wireless, the same thing keeps happening no matter which way I'm connected.
The internet is working fine for everything else in the store, we have had the register and been using it since June with zero issues.
Is this something where I need a new hardware? I've since a few posts for a year or so ago that people had the same issue and ended up needing a brand new system.
Any help would be great.
