Help I cannot add or make an appointment for a client

I try to add on services for a client and I cannot. Also if I want to book an appointment for a client, I cannot. Need help please. Note: the clients can book and I can accept.

Since they can make bookings and you can accept, I assume you have a subscription for Square Appointments and that it hasn't expired.

 

Can you provide more information about the specific steps or actions in the process that aren't working for you?

 

 

To add on a service, you'll need to select an already created appointment and scroll down in the details screen to the Services section, where Add Another Service should be listed.

 

One thing that has tripped me up is the creation of conflicting events or days off that I've forgotten about. Perhaps it's not letting you make appointments because they would conflict with something you've put in a Google calendar you've synced? Just an idea.

As an administrator, I used to be able over ride the system, like overtime or when my hours are closed, to add an appointment for my client. No I cannot. Also, I have a referral system, when one client refers, I add on ten to their time. I could do that before, not I cannot. 

 

It is in the services to add on but the system just stops and won't let me

Sorry, I pay monthly. Also my calendar isn't causing it to be blocked... it during business hours.

I just checked on this for you and I'm able to edit and add services to existing appointments for clients from the Appointments Dashboard without any trouble. 

 

What is it that you're seeing exactly when you try to do this?
