Every time I use the reader or even simply visit the square dash board my phone gets stuck on mute. It tells me I have headphones plugged in and will not let me turn the volume up.
I haven't heard of this issue before. I can definitely see how this could be a bother!
To get a better idea of the whole picture, can you please follow up by answering these questions?:
- What type of phone are you using?
- What software version is your phone running?
- Are there any updates for the Square Register app?
- What reader are you using?
- How do you get the volume to turn back on?
- Are you using a case on your phone?
- When you say that it happens when you visit the Square Dashboard, are you talking about the site or the app?
