We've been using Square for several years, and we've never had a problem with the service. We've only had to contact Customer Support a few times, but we were able to contact them easily by phone and had our issue resolved. As long as you understand the way Square works, I think you'll have an excellent experience. I think many of those who have problems aren't aware of all the ins and outs of using Square.
There's also no long term commitment to Square, so if you decide later that the service doesn't work for you, you can easily decide to try something else instead.
