Editing Automated Campaigns?

Does anyone know if it's possible to edit an automated email campaign?

Not currently, so you would need to cancel your current campaign and reactivate it with the updated details. 

 

I can definitely see how this would be useful, in particular with reporting for each campaign. I'll share the feedback with our product liaisons team, but let me know if you additional questions!

Editing a campaign would be very useful... especially since I had a customer redeem a max $4 coupon today for $5.50 somehow!! I don't know how that issue could have happened without going into the settings of the campaign and seeing what needed to be adjusted.

I will make sure to pass along your feedback for editing campaigns. Also I recomend reaching out directly to our Support Team regarding the coupon. This should never be the case! 

 

We have a Loyalty Support Team that can take a look at what happened with this transaction. Please make sure to provide the transaction info so the team can get right to work!

So this topic is several years old now, but best I can tell, there is still no way to update/revise an existing auto campaign. Very challenging when you have new logos/brands and are unable to update this data. We've updated all the logo files and brand names elsewhere within Square, but any existing campaigns apparently do not update with these new settings?
