Does the online store have a way for customers to write their own testimonial/feedback?

I have created an online store and I included the testimonial page because it's awesome to always have the reviews and feedback. I noticed that it wasn't a space for the customer to write and submit their review but more so a place that I have to write and pin their testimonies. I prefer the customer write their own experience so it can be more organic and there can be as many reviews on my page as possible. Is there a way to make this happen?
