remove thumbnails on items

I don't want a thumbnail to show on item images in online store - how do I remove that function?

I suppose you can go to the edit item page and trash the pics already uploaded. But then your items will appear as a box with no picture on your site since there's no way to get rid of the empty square.

Hi Justin  - that's not an option.  Obviously I was able to tweak something without knowing what I was doing because the thumbnail image has now disappeared and the regular image is fine.
