Does it black out an hour prior to the actual booking?

Hi community! 

I linked my Google calendar and notices that Square blacks out an hour prior to my busy hours on Google calendar. For example, I have a meeting at 2pm (till 3pm) on Google Calendar. On Square Appointments, I see that not only 2-3pm is busy, but also 1-2pm. Is it okay? I'd rather not have it. Is there a relevant setting for it?

Hi @RGA - There's a setting in the appointments app that allows for an hour before the appointment to be blocked off for set up. Maybe you have that accidentally selected?
