How can I accept CC payments before my bank is verified?  Is this even possible?

You can definitely take card payments while your bank is still being verified! Any transactions you do in the mean time will be in a "pending" state, awaiting the verification.

Thanks, when I run a CC it is saying "declined".  I was assuming because bank isnt verified yet???

The card, unfortunately, may actually be declined for a specific reason. I would ask for another card to take the payment.
