Does Square Terminal work with computer or laptop?

Can I connect the Square Terminal to my laptop? Its easier for me to use my laptop than an Ipad with "Stand"

Currently, the Square Terminal does not work in conjunction with desktop computers or laptops. The Terminal is designed to be an all-in-one payment solution and stand-alone device.

If you're looking for a way to easily accept payments using a laptop, we would recommend the Virtual Terminal from the Online Dashboard.
