I'm trying to search for a sprcific transaction in my dashboard using the credit card number but it isnt working. So how do I search using the credit card number?
In your dashboard go to Sales / Transactions. There set you Date range, filter payment method to card, and enter the last 4 digits of the card number into the search box.

I tried the above method, and not even know transactions would appear, given date range YTD, and last 4. What could cause this? TIA, Bob

If you have multiple locations - make sure you're under the correct location. That can cause some of the information to be missing.
Could you send over a screenshot of what you're seeing?
