Do not know what platform to use

I am searching for the best square Platform option to set up my Laundry pickup & Delivery Service,

I am running into issues with how to sell my service like an item? And I need to be able to see my customers address. If anyone has any suggestions on if i should use retail? Appointments? Or point of sale with just invoices? I would like my customer to book me online. Thanks in advance

Retail + sounds like a route you could try. When using retail  or + you can enter your customers name  - which also works great with loyalty - it shows your clients last transaction and their average sale.  You then click the item (or service SHIRT say ) and there’s a note section at the bottom or type it in search fields - add to basket .  Then click create order and a screen will come up saying pick up or delivery.  There’s an address area to enter if it differs from the clients address.  You then take payment.  I do not know how this works with tips as in UK

I use all the above - loyalty doesn’t work on invoices tho -

Assuming everyone pays up front ?

If they pay on collection - then I think there is a beta @AdamB

Retail sounds like it could be the best option

Hi @Altalaundry,

I see this is your first post! Welcome to The Seller Community.

Can I get a little more insight into the business. The customer address what exactly is that being used for, how are you wanting to utilize viewing the address?

I know you stated pickup and delivery is also something you do. How is that currently being done with your business? Do you have a website? Are you wanting people to book through website and phone?

If you don't mind providing some more insight. I can certainly make the best recommendations from there.

Thank you!
