New Online Store is allowing (some) Customers to choose "Ship" even though we have turned off "Allow delivery at this location" under Pickup and Delivery.
When I test the site by ordering one of my products, I DO NOT see any option to even pick Ship during checkout.
99% of orders are fine and default to Pick-Up Only but every once and awhile, an order comes in for shipping (not pick-up). May be tied to orders placed outside of Operating Hours.

It looks like there might be some confusion here between Delivery and Shipping.
Shipping is a separate feature from delivery so even with this toggled off- they might still have this option to choose to ship.
If you go to your Online Store settings and select > Settings > Pickup and Delivery, you'll want to select > Edit Settings at the top.
You can default all items to Pickup/Delivery only (even if you don't use delivery) so that way it doesn't have the option for shipping through a mail carrier.

Thank you! It turns out that I was having issues when I added a Variation to an Item. It would default the new Variation to SHIP Only. Your instructions solved the problem! Thanks again.

Per your instructions, I have set default all items to Pickup. I also set up our item for pick-up only. However, I'm still seeing the item stating and requesting shipping information at checkout. Please tell me what else I need to do so this item does not show "shipping" as a fulfillment option. Do I need to delete the item and re-create?
Hello @Winer - Is this the website you are referring to? I was unable to replicate the issue, when I checked out this is what I got (personal information without an address). I also see that the delivery method for this is via Digital delivery. If there is a different website, can you please provide me with the website URL?

This is in particular to the $25 gift card. There are 2 options: single gift card and $80 for $100. The single one lists: "For pick up..." yet the $80 option is listing fulfillment as "shipping".
I also noticed that when choosing both and adding to cart the message at top reads, "The items in your cart have different available fulfillment methods (pickup, shipping). You must purchase these items separately."
How the heck?
Both items are together in the same set up:
Item type: "physical"
screen shots of the other pertinent info attached.
Again, I've checked "pickup" option for fulfillment in general settings.
I see! Being able to check out items with different fulfillment methods is a very sough out request. Currently, we cannot do this with Square Online.

I have a question regarding the delivery being shown at check out. I added delivery for $35 minimum order, 20 mile radius, then added delivery to each item. When I tested it as a customer, delivery pops up when I add an item but disappears at check out. What am I missing?
