Hi! I will be participating in a festival next month and have the Square Reader (contactless and chip) and the Stand (have the newer large iPad so had to get a universal stand). I am going to be offering the option for customers to order products to be shipped to them. Is it possible to create either an order form or invoice in Square for a customer and have them pay on the spot without having to email or text it to them? Thank you!

Sounds like an exciting event! To answer your question, there is definitely an ability to create invoices. You can even request that they pay them on the spot or schedule for a later time.
To do this with your ipad do the following:
1. Open app, then click on the 3 bars to open the menu option to select invoices.
2. From there, you are able to create an invoice. The prompts will navigate you through creation of the invoice with all required fields, including name, email, phone number ect.
3. If this is a one-time invoice, you will want to indicate this instead of selecting a recurring series.
If I can make a helpful suggestion... creating invoices on the Dashboard s pretty simple as well. Its all about your personal preference. If the festival provides wi-fi, this is also something to consider while you are there, but of course its all about your personal preference 😊.

Thank you so much for this information! This helps tremendously. I was looking at the invoice portion on my computer and for some odd reason couldn't just create an invoice...it only had an option to send one after it was created. So this will be a perfect way for me to create an order for customers. Love Square!!! Thanks again and thank you for the good wishes. I'm very excited about it!
