Categories NOT showing up under Edit for website

I have no idea what is happening, cannot find a fix, cannot find someone to talk to about it - this is so frustrating!

I CANNOT link any category on my website under the Navigation at the top of the page!! I was able to do this just a couple of weeks ago and now nothing - someone please help! And please don't send me a troubleshooting link - I need actual help.

Sorry to hear you're having issues linking your Category pages. Are you using regular categories or the time-base categories?

Perfect! Can you walk me through the steps you've already taken with Categories, so I don't repeat those steps?

Also, I want to make sure we are looking at the same thing too. 

Did you try editing the link by these steps:

Edit Website > Header > Navigation > Navigation Links. Here it will list out all of the links and allow you to edit them.

That is exactly how I am trying to add categories under Navigation but there is no choice for a category - item page, story page, etc. but no category.

Any word on this? Still can't figure out why my categories are not showing up as a choice in navigation~

Thank you for your patience! I was consulting with one of our Weebly experts on this issue. 

Do you still have the Shop All page on your Online Store? Category pages can only be added if you're using the Shop All page. 

Adding the Shop All page will show the Category option again.
