Square/Weebly updated my address with my home address for no discernable reason. This caused customers to arrive at my home to pick up orders. This is not acceptable. I turned off Weebly. Now, I still get bills. When I call the number on the payment receipt, it tells me I need a code to talk to a human. Then directs me where to get one. They 'contact us' button is not on the page they referred me to. So, I did automated chat. After getting through a bunch of stuff I did not need. I asked to speak to a human, it pops up the same phone number and no code. I cannot get a code because I am not active. No kidding. I am not active. I want to stop the billing. How the heck can I do this and get a refund for this month's bill?
Hey @TheOpenEye,
Sorry to hear this happened. No one at Square/Weebly has permissions to update our sellers' personal information, not sure how this could have happened. When it comes to your billing, I'd be happy to help you look into this. Can you please confirm your website address?
Within the desktop app there was a message that read something like, as a courtesy we updated your address etc. So, there is a process for doing that somewhere. Otherwise, a message would not have appeared. It may be something someone needs to look into. The address was theopeneyemysticshop.com
So yesterday at 4:30, I received a 'private' message from 'Tom', I assume on this topic. I click the link and and it tells me the message has moved or is no longer available. I do not mean to be rude but I should be able to get an answer to my question on how to stop service without starting at a phone tree I cannot use or get messages that get moved so that I cannot read them. I am just trying to complete what should be a simple task.
@TheOpenEyeTheOpenEye-
We have refunded you the past two services you were charged for and will be happy to provide you with a phone code to give us a call. Please head over to your private messages.
Thank you.
