Cancelled Recurring Invoice

I currently do reoccurring invoices.  On the 21st for one of my clients it says in green "paid" but below that it also has the clients name again and it says cancelled. I think I had a duplicate so I cancelled the one, but is there some place I can go to look and see if a clients card was charged and when the last 3 months?  I want to make sure that the client isn't being double charged and also that I'm actually getting paid each month.

Hey @exceptionalglow!

 

You can look in your Transaction History from the Dashboard. If the invoice has been paid, there will be history of it there. If you know the last 4 digits of the card that was used to pay for the invoice, you can do a quick search of that on the Transactions page! You should see a section at the top of the page that says "Card #" and then can enter those digits.
