Can we use Apple Pay in our app & Square on-line payment?

We are developing an app for ordering food ahead of time for later pickup. The payment needs be made without having the customer be present in the restaurant. We want the simplicity of Apple Pay, but transaction with Square. Is this possile?

Apple Pay on the web is still fairly new, and we are still working on integrating it with our e-commerce solution.
