quickbooks and square wont connect

i am having trouble getting quickbooks to connect with square so i can start syncing.  Attached is the error i keep getting.

Can not create tax code Unassigned Purchase Tax from Square Sales. Error: There was an error creating Tax Code. Duplicate Name Exists Error The name supplied already exists. : Another tax rate is already using this name. Please use a different name
