Customer purchased a certain amount of tickets for a specific date and would like to change the date for one of those tickets, is it possible for me to modify the sale without having to issue a refund? Thanks!!

You won't be able modify the date of the sale I'm afraid as electronic orders are processed and completed automatically. The steps to process a refund are in our Support Center/ When the refund is complete your customers can order again for the correct date.
Or, of course, if this is a one-off situation you could make a note of the date change outside of Square so your customers can use their tickets on a different date. 😀
