Can I customize invoices to show logo and business name?

The title of this thread has been edited from the original: Can I put a business name not our legal name on invoices

We are a company that does business under 4 different names to 4 different markets (and 4 different services we offer).  There is only 1 corporate structure and the 4 different "companies" are all DBA aliases, registered with the state, but not registered with the IRS (our EIN is registered in the corporate name).  Can I put a trade name (DBA) and logo on our invoices? They have to also be able to use credit cards for payment in that name.  The bank is ok with taking deposits in that name.

You absolutely can - I think the best solution for you is to create multiple locations - named after each DBA. This allows you to customize your invoices with logo/biz name relative to each location and link the same or different bank accounts. This post points you to where to go in Dashboard to customize your invoice settings.
