Does the Square Online store not function with the Square Register?

Does the Square Online store not function with the Square Register?  It's working with our tablet at one of our cafes but not our Square Register at our other.

Hi there @elmcoffee - you're absolutely right.

The Square Register does not have a browser, which means that you cannot use the Register to check emails, access a search engine, or browse any other websites that are not within Square’s domain (squareup.com). I hope this helps clarify why you are not able to access your online store using your Square Register.

Sure, it answers the question, but ideally the more expensive register would have more functionality that the lesser, not less.

While you can't directly edit your online store through the Register, Orders from the Online Store can & will come through the Orders tab on the Register!
