I am trying to figure out the best way to process consigned inventory without bringing in additional software. My two main issues are this:
1) If I create a PO and receive it with associated item costs, it will over-inflate my on hand inventory $, effecting my OTB.
2) If I create a PO with item cost at zero, it will over-inflate my margin, making me look like a rockstar.
Most of my merchandise is NOT consigned so I'm just looking for a work around for those that are...
