Banner for Square Installments

Hi, I have went through the process of being able to offer my customers Square Installments, but copying and pasting the code into the website are yielding no images or links visible on the page. Is there a place I can download the banners so I can upload them to my web server and then paste the code behind it?

When I go to this page it shows me the code but when I try to banner preview the image box is blank and this is how it is appearing on my website. Here is the link I am trying on: https://squareup.com/dashboard/installments-new

Please help so we can offer financing to our customers.

Hey there. Im actually having the same issue. Sometimes it wants to work for me sometimes it doesnt. Im using my code for my website, i had to put the code in the html box and then it worked. Im having a hard time trying to figure out how to customize the font, the layout and the coloring of it so it fits my website more. i hope you get it figured out!

Yeah I have tried it a few ways including putting it in the html box. I really need to get this working. Let me know if you have any success please.

Right after finishing the test and everything the website told me I would be receiving something in email but I have not received it.

Hi @LeakPro, really sorry to hear you've had trouble with your Installments banner. So I can escalate this to our team can you reply here with the following: 

• The name of your website provider.
• The name and version of the browser you're using (whatsmybrowser.org will show you the version.)

Did you receive the email that you mentioned after all?

Thank you Helen. I instead used a copy I found on another website and then placed our designated url address behind the image. I believe I have resolved the matter.

I'm also having this issue. I use Squarespace and am viewing it on Firefox. Sometimes it will flicker for a second, but then it goes blank again. I'd love to be able to advertise this service, but I'm struggling to do so.
