Appointment Questions

Looking at using Appointments for our piercing/tattoo studio. Running into some limitations/concerns and hoping I can get some clarification on a few things:

 

1) When giving staff members "Self" access, it looks like they also have the option to see and export Customer data? Is there a way to prevent this? Mostly wondering about a mass export of customer data. Since they can't create appointments with that level of access, I don't see why they would have access to it beyond what appears in the Calendar.

2) Is there a way to sync multiple Google calendars to the Square calendar, without giving Full Access to staff members? We have a few tattoo artists that have Android devices, so they don't have an app to use to easily see their schedules. They would like their schedule to simply show up on their Google Calendar.

3) If there isn't a way to sync to more than one Google calendar, would it be possible to create a Google Calendar that syncs to the Square calendar and then share that calendar with staff members?
