How do I access reports with more details and information?

The reports I receive from Square only list that I received funds, but the person is listed as unknown and the items are listed as uncategorized. I have a full inventory in Square and my Wix store has the same inventory but my reports are essentially useless to me. How do I get them to sync so that I can get value from the reports?

There are more detailed reports when you login to your dashboard. From the Sales section, you can select a date range that you want reporting for. Make sure you select the Transactions tab (up at the top right) for the more detailed reports. And then you can export it as a .csv file. 

We use the "Items Detail CSV" report for almost all of our analytics... It's very detailed.
