Am I paying for an automated campaign? I got an email about one but I never started one.

Last week I was on a chat w Square support about advertising fees I was being charged. The resented two months or so. I had no idea it existed. 

 

I got an email that I have an active campaign. Did I pay for it? Will I continue to pay for it? How can I find out. 

Tech support can take hours or days right now.

Hey @Donnieg5783-

 

You can check to see if you're subscribed to Square Marketing by heading to the Business page in your Online Dashboard. Then click Pricing & Subscriptions. If you have an active subscription to any of our services you'll see it there. But if you want to cancel, you can click "Manage" next to the subscription and choose to "Unsubscribe".
