Adding items...

Hello!   I am new to the Square reader.   I run a very simple business that only offers four items and doesn't charge tax.   I have three of my flat rate items entered, but would like to add a fourth item that is open so that I can enter any price when this item is chosen.   Any help would be appreciated.   I was also wondering how to show ONLY these four items on my screen so that the pictures of the items are larger.   Please assist if you can!  Thank you!!!

@SkinTight - Adding an item without a price will allow you to add the price at sales time. Additionally, you can just click on the "Numeric Keypad" looking button on the bottom to add a custom amount if needed.
