How do I add additional supporting information to a customer dispute claim after I have submitted the first response?
It would be best to contact our Disputes team if you have additional information to provide. You can call them but contacting our Customer Success team and asking for the Dispute team.
I have customers disputing a charge how is and in proof of purchase
