this is a restaurant specific question. I understand how to add a customer in the retail app. The only way I’ve see. To be able to add a customer is under the rewards button. And this does not allow me to create a customer. Only add an existing customer to an order.

Just so I'm clear, are you trying to save customer info from a diner for future order management?
@BernadetteA I got help when I called in on another matter. I had to go to the edit POS in the menu option and add a button from the function and it was under customer engagement. Then had to go back and turn the feature on in the seatings of the devices where use use the device codes. Not something that was Intuitive for sure! Thank you for helping!
