No appointments for a month

Hi, new on square up, my calendar has the dates of my services starting from 20th April but when I look at booking as if I am a customer it says nothing is available until May 4th. There is only me, no staff, I can't see anywhere this would be fixable?

Hi there, well I finally discovered what happened after catching support on live. Being new to this I did not realise my actually synced Google calendar square up was conflicting with my square up availability. On my google calendar I had anything from random events and reminders to do things in ordinary life, but these were not actual appointments, so it clashed with square up. Deleted events or changed times and now I am good to go!!

Hi @TheTruthMidwife
I would check few things
Firstly, make sure you have the proper availability, in Appointments>Calendar> then click the little clock icon top right and then check the recurring schedule for each staff member that you want to be available for booking

Another thing to check is selected to be "Bookable by customers online" in the Staff>Team members> Click on the Staff> click on Appointments on the side bar and then check that option.
I hope this helps, I tried pasting screenshots but not sure why i couldn't today,
Mitin

Hi thanks, yes everything looks okay there I can't seem to attach screenshot either. My first date is definitely 20th April.

Still no changes, I have even tried scrapping all my dates on the calendar starting at different dates and still May 4th. Square ups AI no help whatsoever and told me there was no live support and also told it didn't know the opening times for live support... 😒 Im sharing my services out on social media and I want clients to be able to book in from April 20th.

That makes sense. I don't sync my business and personal calendars because it gets things mixed up like that. Just makes more sense to keep them separate.

HI @TheTruthMidwife

I was looking over your booking site the other day and I meant to chime in here but ended up getting busy myself.  Everything on your site looks like it is working, and very odd that it is working as it should be according to your business hours from May onward.

Would it be possible if you tried to duplicate, or create a new "test" service and see if that new service allows you to begin booking from the 20th of April on or if it is giving you the same outcome.
