Why does square hold transfers?

BEWARE square has stolen a total of $3000 from me and has done worst to others! They keep having “transfer issues” with no supervisor to speak to! When they message you on here they just blow you off with a form to fill out then no response! I’m from Fox (journalist) and we’re getting together class-action lawsuit as this isn’t resolved

Hey @Hydicane.  Since you didn’t say you had done this, have you gotten on the phone with Square Support about this issue?  Not text chat.  Not email.  But actually chatted with a human being?  This Community (even Square moderators here) can not speak to issues with your deposits, sales, transfers, or anything to do with your money.  Those issues are reserved for the good folks manning the support line.

 

As for you assertion that Square has done worst (sic) to others, that may or may not be true.  As a Fox journalist should know, people lie all the time and they don’t often admit to the things they did wrong when disputes arise.  So unless you have sworn affidavits that “Square has done worst (sic) to others” I’d be careful about accusations that could land you in court for making false and misleading statements.

 

Otherwise threats are meaningless here.  We are a Community of fellow sellers, moderated by Square employees as needed.  Your employment as a “Fox journalist” is irrelevant here.  I read empty threats here all the time, usually from people who are just as in the wrong as they say Square is.  But I have yet to see a valid lawsuit come of any of that blowhardiness.

 

Now….. if you’d like to deal in facts, tell us what is going on that you know, etc, then maybe one of your fellow sellers here could offer advice or assistance.  But if all you are wanting to do is make threats and deal in unsubstantiated rumors about other sellers’ experiences, this is not the place for that.

Yes, in fact we have spoke to someone over the phone, they just gave us assurance that “we will be given a call back” have not gotten a call back yet, they keep doing this to hard working business owners who need their funds to stay afloat. As far as the class action lawsuit they are taking square customers cases that have not been resolved just like myself. We will take this response into consideration as well.
