Why can't my clients see their bookings if I book something for them from my end?

When a client books an appointment themselves, the appointment shows up under their "bookings," but when I scheudle an appointment for them, from my side, it does not show up under "upcoming" or "past" bookings. That is very frustrating that clients cannot cancel, reschedule, or see their appointments. Can this please be changed? I was told that if clients use the app they will see it, but my clients are older and the schedule from their computer.
