Refund Never Processed

A tenant and I tried Square for rent payments, but decided to e-transfer instead. Initially the refund process was smooth sailing and it showed up on her payment card for a few days, then disappeared and never fully processed. 
On my app it says the refund is still pending, but her bank states they don’t see it, nor has it gone through even after 14 business days as per Square’s refund policy. 

Now, I used an old swipe device I believe Square discontinued, but as everything worked seamlessly with it, I assume that’s not the problem.

I cannot issue a new refund and the app states I already have and I don’t have the funds she paid me. So it seems her money is simply lost in limbo. 
I’ve emailed Square (which is about all I could do) as I’ve tried calling multiple times but always got sent back to the automated chat.

 

Hopefully an actual Square representative can help fix the issue or issue a proper refund, as she and I both have receipt proof of the refund, however, could anyone have any suggestions as to why this could’ve happened, or how to fix it?

 

I’ll also add I never included my sin card in my account, as I wasn’t going to use Square for any other business and it was optional, but could that also possibly be an issue?

Nevermind! Lol Square just takes an exuberantly long time! 
to answer my own question, 14 or less days after refund is issued, wait for them to email and state refund will be sent in 2-7 business days. 

this was an ordeal, but at least I know now haha

to answer my own question, 14 or less days after refund is issued, wait for them to email and state refund will be sent in 2-7 business days. 

this was an ordeal, but at least I know now haha
