Where is my reader? How can I check the tracking?

Just ordered my third one since mid-May, still have yet to recieve anything. The stickers showed up after just 3 days though.

@monte79 @pdxburson It sounds like they may have been lost in transit. To get a reader immediately, your best bet is to visit a retail store. (It's very likely there's one nearby.) The readers are $10, but you'll receive a $10 redemption code if it's your first reader.

 

You could also order another free reader in your online Square Dashboard. You'll get a confirmation email when it's shipped. Hope that helps!

Is it common for these readers to not show up? i just placed my FOURTH order since May. I keep getting confirmation emails but never the actual reader nor a tracking number. 

If this is they efficiency that this company works at perhaps I would be better suited with a different payment processor.

I had Ordered a card reader on June 25th and it shows Shipped on June 28th. How long does it take to recieve?  Also, there is no tracking information to allow me to see where it may be or when I may expect to recieve it. Do you have any tracking number for these orders?  Thank you for you time and consideration in these matters.

I'm going on the 2nd time in a row of ordering my Free Square Reader and have yet to receive either one. Customer Service Support is of no further assistance,  but suggest I purchase one on my own and they would credit it to my account.  Now, how do you think I'm to trust that you do that  when I have yet to receive either one of my Square Readers. Very unpleasant experience all around and the fact that they have limited service to view the Delivery Company  (DHL) and the status of delivery is ridiculous.  Perhaps changing DHL to a more responsible company would help, but in the end what's been told to me by Megan and Nick is "sorry can't help you any further." Shame on you and I suggest you get better training so this doesn't happen to anyone else again.

@Precious66 - So sorry to hear about the trouble. It definitely sounds like a frustrating experience. Getting the reader is supposed to be the easy part! I've definitely run across issues with our delivery partners sending readers to some address. Do you have the ability to try sending the reader to an alternatively address (like a family or close friend's address)? On a side note, I can absolutely insure you that if you do purchase the Square Reader with one of our retail partners for $10.00, we include a redemption code in the packaging. This code will apply a $10.00 credit to your account.
