Troubleshooting

Absolutely a garbage system, I paid cash for the retail kit and its been defective ever since, nothing but problems. You have to trouble shoot the system yourself, very poor customer service and you can't speak to any management. I've lost over $10k in lost of sales and incurred wages/expenses. No compensation. (they give you $500 in processing fees credit- $5.00 - is a joke) They'll tell you anything on the phone but no resolution. I'm on a 2nd machine and still problems. When they do a software update, the system locks up or crashes at random. They want you to take a video and wait weeks - you never get a resolution or apology. I would not recommend. I've waited patiently for over 3 months - it has not worked - defective since the beginning, they string you along so you cant return it. Buyer  beware. Rent it so they are obligated but don't buy the equipment. I'm buying a new system from a different company.
