Instant transfer problems

Help...my instant transfers says its unavailable. Ive spoken with 3 different Square agents and have got 3 different reasons why its unavailable and 3 different time frames of when it will be fixed. My money has been suspended since July 31st. Its now August 6th and I still cannot transfer my money. Someone please help

Nobody has contacted me. I've called numerous times to speak to someone but nobody can seem to give me a time frame or answers on what is going on. Hopefully someone can will contact me tomorrow so this can be resolved. Thank you for your response.
