Where did my money go I tried to transfer now it’s gone people don’t even have customer service to answer my question I need my money I should’ve use this shady squared application

Hello @LSD95116 thanks for your post. I'm sorry you're having trouble with your transfer. Did you setup a bank account in your account? You can find this info here: Account & Settings > Account > Bank Account .

You would have typed in your bank's routing number, and your account number. Did you do that step?
