Square/Doordash Integratiom

I can't believe that Square support is so terrible. My integration with Doordash has been down for 3 weeks now and I can't get a Square engineer to take a seriously look at it. They say they only communicate via email, but they only answer 1 email per day and it's always some nonsense to try and blame Doordash. Doordash is ready to talk to them, but they won't communicate with Doordash at all.

 

Square is sending a menu to Doordash that doesn't even exist in my account, but they keep saying the integration was successful.  They clearly have integrated to the wrong account.

 

So frustrating.
