My account was closed. And I was told I had to wait 90 days on case of charge backs. My 90 days where up on the 3rd of this month and they keep pushing it further and further without Amy charge backs or customer refund requests. Wth??
Hi @Jk2023. I’m sorry to hear this. Unfortunately, there is nothing that we hear in the seller community can do, other than suggest what you’ve no doubt already done — call Customer Support. I can’t think of a good reason why this delay should be so, but I’m not Square, obviously. Only they can help you out. I will flag your post to the moderators and maybe one of them can escalate this to the appropriate department.
I hope you get it resolved soon.
They say they have to escalate to whoever and they should email me but I never get an email. This is bs
