Re: Why don't the gross sales in my sales report match the gross sales in my transfers report?

I’m new to square and my deposits don’t match the fees! For instance I took in 798.19 in credit cards fees ( 26.98)

and only 719.19 was deposited! That doesn’t compute! So it looks as if I’m missing money some where aka credit card money.

This sounds like a good question for our team, @Middy ☎️

They can take a look at your account with you to help a shine light here. Since we don't have the ability to discuss account-specific details with you openly here in the Seller Community, please reach out by phone or email when you have a moment by logging into your Square account and heading here.

P.S. Welcome to the Seller Community

@Middy @I agree with @Valentina about getting a hold of the CS department definitely, but one thing that may be throwing your numbers off may be your End of Day time. By default, EOD is 5 pm PST. Any credit card sales you take after that time will show on the current day sales reports but will be deposited into your account on the next business day.

You can change your end of day time on your dashboard:

Account & Settings -> Business -> Transfers
